We look at credit score, income, we run a background check, income verification, as well as a landlord verification. Once the tenants are approvable based off those screening criteria, we move on to our Pet Screening Application. We do our due diligence in making sure that we verify all of the information supplied on the tenant applications, so that we get you the best and most qualified tenant that will hopefully be there long term.
