Upon hiring Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc., if the property is for sale the owner agrees to terminate the listing agreement and not enter into any Exclusive Right to Sell, or other similar document, with a real estate agency or broker other than Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc. during the tenant placement process.
