SB22-060 – Limit Home Owners’ Association Fee Increases For Common Elements

Limiting fees associated with the use of common elements in a common interest community.

As a result of the bill, the unit owners’ association of a common interest community cannot raise the amount of any fee charged on a regular and ongoing basis for using, renting, or operating one or more common elements by more than 10% in any 12-month period unless a majority of unit owners approves the fee increase.
