SB22-146 – Middle Income Access Program Expansion

Making an appropriation for the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority’s Middle Income Access Program.

In the act, $25 million is appropriated for the expansion of the middle income access program created and administered by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) from the affordable housing and home ownership cash fund, which comes from the general fund. To administer the funds appropriated by the act, DOLA’s division of housing must contract with CHFA.
